Area Robots!

Students used their knowledge of area to design and build a Robot.  The students used a variety of strategies such as multiplication, arrays, or repeated addition to determine the area of each robot part.  Finally, students added together each robot part to determine the Robots total area in square inches or square centimeters.  Feel free to use this link to print off graph paper at home to make an area robot at home.  Printable Graph Paper
